Shouldn't reply to myself, but since I got such a quick response here goes:

Thanks to Asquinol for such a quick response once I got back into game. On his advice I deleted my AssetsTest folder and will be back in game in about 40 minutes, after it finished repatching.

Hopefully with less crashing than before. Though if the data he's referring to is:

Asquinol asked me to repost if I crashed again and mentioned that I shouldn't be crashing due to a memory leak from, as I said, "just running around".

So, I set out to prove that it could be done.

I started off on the Khal Docks by the Port Watch Barracks, ran through the bank, parleyed with the 75 skill domestic there (lost on timer refreshes), then ran from the bank, to the docks and got 'ported to New Taragonor.

in NT, I ran up to the battlements, and around them to the College of Magic, dropped down into it's yard by the sigil stone, ran through the college to Mixmaster Macken's bar, bought 2 stacks of his elixir (thanks to whomever made them stackable), then recalled to the Cliffs above Khal (Qaliathari starting zone).

I then ran to the Khal Bindstone, bound myself there, ran to the docks, and got ported to Ca'ial Brael, I got the progress bar, but as soon as it completed filling, I Crashed to Desktop -- total elapsed time from login to crash, 29 minutes, 35 seconds.

you don't even have to go that far.
Logged in yesterday at Jharru flats.
went to ahgram.
Teleported to khal.
went to crafting area, to see if i could learn something.
wanted to help some friends a Qa riverbank, so i runned over there.
buffed my friends, waited for 15 min.
then used my recall to Jharru flats.
As soon as is i arrived ctd.

Yes, and I could do that too, if I wanted to die multitudinous times. Being level 6 makes you very much mob-bait. :>

Had I a horse, or better, a flying mount, I probably could've crashed in less than half that time.

I crash to desktop everytime I mess with any of my in game settings. Gamma will crash min 30 mins almost on the dot everytime. Makes it ahrd consdiering my monitor is a bit dark.
I am not very good at techincal stuff but is there a way to fix this. I don't really mind the crashing when I play for 2+ hours just it sucks when I try to lower my settings so I lag less in a group just to crash 10 mins later.
