Build 1843 and Bard song changes

Build 1843 that patched to Test Friday night (Jun08) had numerous changes for bards. I checked them at level 50 and except for a couple things I can not confirm, everything seems good to go. My notes (in red) follow==>.

one thing not noted was the addition of level II and level III Fasant's combat abilities to the trainers. Energy costs versus damage (and frankly level) dont make any sense.

Level 50 Fasant's Chant of Winter III 312 energy does 1069-1127 cold damage over 28 secs
when listed at the trainer this said 1619-1707 (once learned it reports less damage)
Level 50 Fasant's Chant of Flame III 204 energy does 849-967 fire damage over 28 secs
when listed at the trainer this said 1349-1421 (once learned it reports less damage)
Level 547 Fasant's Chant of Corruption III 204 energy does 866-914 physcial damage over 28 secs
when listed at the trainer this said 1256-1324 (once learned it reports less damage)




- Bard – Mellarian’s Requiem of War now increases damage by 5% with each component. This 5% does not stack with Anthem of War.

- Bard – Mellarian’s Victorious Finale now increases damage, crit chance and accuracy by 2%. This stacks with Anthem and Requiem.

- Bard – Irion’s defensive songs have had their rune and AC portions increased significantly.

- Bard - Irion's Hymn of the Bastion is now available on trainers at level 36

- Bard – Psalm of the Dance is now called Bladedancer's Focus and is no longer a song component.

- Bard – Careen of the Cunning now progresses at the same speed as the other bard forms.

- Bard – Split the Clouds IV will now do the correct damage (a lot) and cost the correct amount of endurance (10)

- Bard – Ariezel’s Chorus of Confusion has been renamed Ariezel's Insidious Shriek and is now a shout ability.

- Bard - Ariezel's Deafening Discord is now a verse and is available at level 25.

- Bard - Dirge of Empty Thought has been removed from the game.
