Build 1840 and Bard Snare Song
Since build 1840 was patched to test (10 days ago) snare song (Tynen's March of the Mire) has been changed. It does not snare as it used to. The range is listed as 5 (assume meters?) and it may be snaring within that range now, but it used to have much further throw making it useful as a snare, probably at least 25m. If this is "as intended" please change the description to just list attack slow, no reason to snare something that close.
Will test carefully this weekend to get some nice phat numbers for the statisticians, just wanted to give any dev that still reads these forums a heads up.
