Bard Swirl of the Tempest @ level 46

At level 46 Bard's get to train Swirl of the Tempest V from their trainers. Once purchased however, the adventuring section of your abilities book shows that you know Swirl of the Tempest 1, 2, 3, 4 and another 4! The two swirls listed as level 4 have different tooltips:

Swirl of the Tempest IV (already had) states "Inflicts 75% weapon damage plus 84 to 89 to up to 4 opponents in front of you in a quick flash". This is the exact same text (except for "84 to 89") that was in the tooltips for SotT 1, 2, and 3.

Swirl of the Tempest IV (new at 46, after training SotT V) states "In a quick flash, you inflict 75% weapon damage plus 97 to 106 to up to 4 opponents in front of you".

When attempting to use either of these abilities they do the same damage (~860ish with Humming Blade VI and Dance of Blades form), probably due to the fact that both hotkeys autocreated from the abilities book have a single line ==> /cast "Swirl of the Tempest IV".
