Bard Bellow doing 1/10 damage
Level 45 Bard - using Eaon's Blasting Bellow. The bellow tooltip says it does significant damage, and indeed it does for levels 1 & 2. Recent patch has bellow 3, 4, & 5 now doing very little damage.
Bellow I - tooltip 110-121 - actual 175-249 Bellow II - tooltip 128-160 - actual 219-295 <== only use this now Bellow III - tooltip 189-204 - actual 15-18 Bellow IV - tooltip 233-249 - actual 19-23 Bellow V - tooltip 280-298 - actual 23-27 All of these are with Humming Blade V running and while in Dance of Blades form.

Fixed as of build 1840. Things scale properly from Bellow 1 through to Bellow 6.
