Housing Upgrade cost unacceptable or bugged?

Hello everyone,

I am hoping to gather answers or possibly feedback on my guild issues right now concerning our plot upkeep costs at the moment on the Florendyl server from devs or supporters. I have in-game posted this issue as a petition and further told to post as a /bug. However, there has been no feedback and the GM in game told me to post this on an affiliated site so that devs can help me out. I came here becasue, well i don't know where else to go for this issue and I am a warrior class. The issue that concerns me and my guild is simple really. We first bought a plot of land off konarthi point in Thestra about 2 weeks ago to snag a nice piece of land before others at 10G and 1G upkeep. Before we bought this plot our neighbor plots were at the same cost and upkeep. 2 weeks have past as we pay 1G upkeep for our plot and then there came out a patch stating updating housing costs and upkeep. So myself being the guild leader and plot purchaser went out to take a look at our plot for changes. Well i wasn't dissatisfied that we still had to pay 1G piece per week until i look at a neighbor of mine whom apparently bought it about a week ago having to pay only 60SP upkeep. Now i am not stingy or complaining but in my honest opinion this is not fair considering now all other plots we last looked at 2 weeks ago now sell for 10G (same) and now 60SP (40SP) less than ours! Did our plot not get updated? can any developer help me with this issue or lead me to the right answer or housing forum to post this on for feedback? Our plot is no more speacil than the ones next to us. 60SP a week is a big difference for upkeep compared to 1G per week. The GM in the game told me to abandon the plot which we have 3G in storage there and buy it back again. Well me or my guild don't have gold growing on trees and i know this can be fixed another way. Please give me some feedback on this issue!
