BOOTCAMP!!!!
Hey guys, well i will dissapear from the forums for about 3 months, since i have some buisness with the good ole US Air force...a little thing called Bootcamp, in San Antonio. So i hope all discussion goes well. Rock on kids

Nooo! save yourself! hehe, you're in for some fun. (insert sarcasm here.) I'll spare you my own boot experiances as well. Suffice to say by about day 3 I was sick of the military. Here I am 6 years later....still here. /sigh.
 Either way, gl man, and keep a low profile. maybe the (drill instructors? navy has RDC's) won't notice you!

Reminds me of the time I had some FEXs and was stationed at Whiteman Airforce Base where the big B2- Stealth Bombers lay.

I'm active duty airforce now. After a year in the IL army guard I went active AF cause the army wouldn't let me do anythign fun with my color vision the way it is.
Bootcamp, Army BCT anyways, was a blast. You'll hate it while your there, but once you get to the end, if your instructors were good, you'll realize that you've done more than you thought possible and you'll think back to it fondly. Of course if you instructors suck, then your just going to hate it and wish you had never joined. But welcome to the service probie. After years, I'm seperating come March of next year. No more uniform when I come to Iraq. I'll be wearing jeans and a t-shirt next time.

Good Luck on the journey into the world of the military, I too am also an AD AF member, can't say I love it , but cant say I hate it either. I dont enjoy my job to much but its not a bad gig for someone who enjoys the travel and what not.
