Hello...hello...heloo...(echo fades)
Just wondering, how many folks actually peruse this site regularly? I know I pop in at least once a day to see whats up, but it seems like a pretty quiet place overall. Not a complaint mind you, just curious how many folks actually hang around here. I'm sure the closer we get to release there will be a pile of folks jamming in here though. :shock:

I do every day. Depending on how busy it is at work, it's sometimes more often. With the NDA in effect still and not really much info theres not much to talk about.

True. I had considered asking whether there was anyone here from the beta, or at least how many there were, but then realized the NDA kinda kills that idea. Sooooo angry! Is there any info on when those beta codes that were handed out in the various mags will be usable?

As Lightning mentioned, we're getting between 2-3000 page views per day. 2621 to be precise
 (tech geek clarification - a "hit" is actually any request for a file from the server... loading a single page can result in several hits for images, the html/php file itself, style sheets, etc... a page view lumps all that together and counts it as one "view.") And we get between 5-600 visits per day - so the average person is looking at about 5 pages every time they come to the site. From the server logs and a commercial log analyzer (not one of those el cheapo freebies)... here's a little bit of the report for this month so far:  and....  So, the boards can be pretty quiet from time to time, but people are still stopping by |

OOOO! :shock: thats awsomeness! lol thanks for the info TDD. can't wait to see the nda lifted so we can finally start gettin even more juciy details from all those shady beta types.
only closed beta i was ever able to get in on was matrix online and that was just....well sad. glad to see things are still kickin even if most don't drop a line. :wink:
