:-) eclipse was rather close ... steelers won by 11... but i honestly think a few of the ref's calls were total B/S but thats just me O.O

The calls didn't kill Seattle... the fact that they couldn't capitalize on their opportunities is what lost the game for them. They still had plenty of opportunities to score and simply didn't take advantage of them.
3 dropped passes by their tight end (2 near the goal line), their best receiver catching passes out of bounds, and absolutely HORRIBLE clock management at the end of the second and fourth quarters. Seattle outplayed Pittsburg for most of the game. The Steelers entire offense was big plays. a 75 yard run. A huge completion on 3rd and 20something. A trick play. That was it. Seattle moved the ball much beter but couldn't finish anything. |
