D3Dx9_31.DLL
Ok, so upon start up, I get
vgclient.exe - Unable to Locate Component This application has failed to start because d3dx9_31.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. Well, after having downloaded the latest and greatest, and re-installing, it does not seem to fix the problem. Anyone have any ideas or do I just try and try again ... At the moment, either is ok ... I can always just sleep ... |

Get the newest version of directX. You can find it by searching for that file on the forum. Looking on the pre order faq on vanguard's homepage or looking on the top text when you can click on "play" to play.

Got it fixed ... just in time to find out the servers are down.
