Yes it will. You'll likely run into some problems inside of cities due to your relatively low ram, but it'll still run. I've tested it with a similar chip and that very video card. So you should be good. If you want to improve it some, another gig of ram will make alot of difference.

Yeah, I remember when I had meg (not gig) of ram in my computer and I upgraded it to two! It was awesome!

i should buy some point this week 1Gb, RAM is really cheap at Spain right now, but when i made pc ( yes is a home made cheap PC ) RAM used to be really expensive, i give you a idea, when i made the pc, i did expend around 400 euros ( not screen, and since then i did upgrade CPU, Graphic card, and motherboard) and the RAM i did buy at that time 512, did cost me almost 200, was insane the prices for RAM we used to have 3 years ago.

Yeah RAM will help a bunch. If it makes you feel better I'm running Vanguard on a AMD 1700+, 1.5GB RAM, 9600pro right now.
