Wow, As someone who can't even run the game hardly i can tell you this must increase it alot. I can actually move my mouse without lagging and characters are appearing alot easier on the character creation screen i can almost make them easy now aha.
Great job finding this should help alot of people! |

Aye, .Ini tweaking is the way to go.. However.. that link didn't work for me, so I figured I'd put up the site I used, which was a major help ^_^...
