Not Afraid to OC? Go Budget!
It probably seems like I'm pushing Tom's Hardware lately, but that's not really the case. They've just had a couple of articles I've found really interesting.
They recently posted THIS. 4 ghz dual core system for $1200. And those are UK prices. We could up the ram to two gigs and move the GPU to a X1950 Pro and stay at $1200. Very tempting...

Re: Not Afraid to OC? Go Budget!
Hehehe right that's very tempting indeed. Would still prefer a 8800GTS instead of a 1950 pro though
![]() Wonder how much we could push a ... let's say E6400. Would be fun to try Last edited by Solution0 : 01-19-2007 at 11:42 AM. |

But even if we put in an 8800, that's still only $1500.
