DX 9.0c Help
I cannot install it and thus, do not laugh, I cannot install WoW. I went against my better judgement and bought it and now I cannot install it.

no problem - usually its a file that is on ur hard disk already - probly in ur system or system32 folder.
If its not there then u can probly get help with that from the microsoft website. dont worry its a fast fix usually. |

I would first try and reinstall your service pack 2 for XP. If this does not fix it follow the steps in the following two articles.

I got it off the WoW disk. The install is over 2 years old, I did what Neaton said and I am still getting the error. I think I am hosed.... Can I activate the bat phone Piro?

Computer is now 100% unusable. Everything is so slow and I cannot get anything to work normal. I am going to have to format c: and try to download via a 56k connection.... I have no idea how long I will be gone. Piro, you have my number if you need me. So does Aredhel.

I am hosed. I cannot find my original XP disk or my cd key. This sucks.
Anyone have any ideas short of buying a new XP?

know anyone with a xp (same type as yours) that will loan u a cd??
If u know ur key then u can use their disk and just input ur key when prompted |
