When do Necros get the their first form?
The tentonhammer necro page states the necros get their first form at level 10. A thread in the official Vanguard forums, which are closed and only archives now, stated that they don't get their first form until level 30. Does anybody know when necros get their first form, and where the quest starts?

Necromancers get their first form at level 30. It was originally level 10, I think, but, along with many of our spells, got moved around during our revamp.
