When I came to the OVF and found out that Inquisitor was not only in the game, but as a tank, I rejoiced. If warriors ""git er done"", then the Inquisitor is the guy sitting at the table with a board in front of him...there are little marble figurines on the board, and he's moving his figurines against an opponent's figurines. It's called chess, the game's called war, and the Inquisitor is not only the enforcer, but the manipulator. And yes, very willing to hire cutpurses to do their work in an alley. There is no act too gruesome for an Inquisitor, and they will have anyone maimed for their cause. That doesn't mean they have not the skill of any other fighter...which is why I was happy to see the Inquisitor as a tank instead of a support/light melee class. With the varying ways you can set up your skills and attributes for different strengths and weaknesses, I know that all of us can be different and mold our creations our own way. From the sounds of it, I may be creating the tank with the max intelligence...which has been unheard of in every other game. We'll see what happens. I didn't have to stop and think about what I thought an Inquisitor was like, or looked like...but searching for an actual picture took work. I found some I liked, but the characters weren't wearing armor, so they didn't make sense. The one thing I believe the Dread Knight and Inquisitor will have in common is: Terror. They will both use it to hinder their opponents. Also, both are, in a sense, evil. The Dread Knight is evil because the Inquisitor says so, the Inquisitor is evil because of what he does to humanity. My ideas of Inquisitors come from Roman, Spanish and Germanic Inquisitions...and also from Warhammer 40k books, and M:tG cards...I've based my arguments on everything I have absorbed. I believe Inquisitors to be truly evil creatures who only use religion as their base in order to have more credibility when they go out to achieve their own agendas. Inquisitions usually supercede the church, and will burn a church down if it harbors heretics. I mean to tear away anyone's hope that Inquisitors are nice...and show them how evil they can be, by BEING ONE. ![]() I could write more, but I think you get it. If you wanna see a few MtG cards that get me buzzing, I'll find em. -Eclipse
