EU Server Hardware Upgrade
For our European players, information was just released on the downtime for the server upgrades. As mentioned on the Vanguard News page:

hmm... that's what I call bad timing! Why do a hardware upgrade on release day? Ok, it's release day, so I don't expect to be able to play stable anyway, but many EU players will be pissed big time! As they were with the delayed pre release.
Let's just cross fingers and hope it will go as smoth as possible.

Well it's before release day actually, since the release will be on Jan 30th PST. Hope it goes smoothly as well.

Well it looks like I'll be rolling something on a US server tonigh then. I tend to play until around 6am most days (dunno why I just like benig nocturnal). Oh well, where does everyone on these boards play?

how many EU players are going to be playing on EU servers at 3am? If they are anything like me they'd be playing on US servers to be able to play with people

UPDATE:
The time has changed. All servers (EU and US) will be coming down for a patch at 12 midnight PST (8 AM GMT). The estimated downtime for the EU server hardware upgrade is still 4 hrs. The downtime for the patch on US servers is 2 hrs.
