first i wanna say i love the site setup.
next. ok. i'll probably get noob treatment for this, but i gotta learn somehow. what is the difference between these servers. i see pvp, pve, ffa, team, etc. i just want a basic explanation on these if you would be so kind. i just want to make sur ei get on the right server for my gameplay type.

PvE = Player vs Environment - your normal player characters killing non-player monsters.

PvP = Player vs Player - self explanitory - player characters can attack and kill other players

FFA = free for all - you can kill anyone, even same race
Teams = player characters divided into "factions" who are at war with each other. These factions can be based upon country, city, or race. There is usually an underlying lore to explain the division between sides. Usually players can't group with members of the opposing team.

one more thing. i played on the beta pvp, but it seemed more like ffa. am i right to assume this? it just seemed like everyone was attacking everyone. and i used to play eq2 on the befallen server. i'm guessing that's considered pve. we were able to dual on that server if both parties consented. so will dualing be an option on a pve server for vg? again, this is assuming i'm correct. thanx again...

Beta pvp was FFA, and dueling is allowed on PvE (I'm pretty sure).
