In case you don't news surf, a federal judge, George Caram Steeh, in threw out a bill in Michigan that tried to eliminate the sale of video games to minors. Rather than drag it all here, head to ESA and read it all! This is one that's sure to have set a precedent for other bills and lawsuites, I'm sure!

Oh! And if you're looking for other items of interest, you might want to know that the game, Guild Wars, now has an exclusive 3-year license in China with The9 Ltd! And, in the "what's old is new again" column, Roma Victor, by Red Bedlam (a Roman RP game), has introduced crucifixion to the game, and it was used to punish a grief player from Michigan! (What IS it about Michigan??) Don't let our GMs find out about this one!
