In memory of Keith Parkinson
It would be an understatement to say we're still reeling from the news last night that Keith has passed away. While we didnt know Keith personally, all of us grew up on his art and can see it clearly when we close our eyes in rememberance. It truly was a great treat to see his "North Watch" print among others adorning the walls of the Sigil offices during our visit on Wednesday. Our thoughts and thanks go out to Glip, Donna and the rest of the Sigil team that took care of us on what obviously must have been a very difficult day. Your strength is amazing.Few other artists have so completely captured the minds and imagination of so many as Keith has. The fantasy art world has truly lost an amazing man. Perhaps as fans of Keiths art we can prevent a similar situation from happening in the future. As Glip has mentioned, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society could use our help to further the fight against the sickness. Please take some time to make a donation. Thank you.

Re: In memory of Keith Parkinson
*lowers her head and wipes away a tear*
I just found out about this this morning. I am at a loss for words right now. My heart goes out to all the friends and family that will be without his wonderful presence. *lights a candle* |
