Warrior class description

A warrior class description was posted over at Tentonhammer by Martuk yesterday. The description is his take on what the Vanguard warrior will be like. Take a look.

Brad McQuaid has returned to the forums after a bit of an abscence, no doubt playing Vanguard for hours on end for the last few weeks! Brad posted on a number of topics including the Xbox and in-game map controversies. Here's what Aradune had to say in response to a forum members concern about Vanguards maps being similar to the radars in several other MMOs.

One crazy idea was to have some maps be wrong. Cool, but not sure if it would actually be fun.

As for whether they'd have to be bought on vendors... probably not. Keep in mind the reason behind our scheming is to help people navigate a huge, seamless, and often confusing world. The people who are likely to need this the most are the noobs, or the more poor players, etc. Not sure what we'd gain by making people buy them other than a general money sink. And what we'd lose is potentially some subset of the playerbase not having purchased the map for the area they are in, which would then defeat the reason we're putting them in.
Brad's response to the Xbox thread was pretty succinct.
