Friday was an unusually active posting day for the devs on the official Vanguard forums. Makath was gathering information for his "book", Silius answered some questions about crafting affecting the physical makeup of a city, and Aradune managed beta expectations and posted all over the forums about Soverign, breaking into the asian market, and their plans for making Vanguard successful. It was also brought to our attention that one of the Beta 1 raffle winners lost their invitation for trying to trade the invitation away.

Personally it makes me happy to see Sigil taking itself seriously and sticking to its guns. Hopefully this will set the stage for similar situations in the future and help curb the rampant selling of all things Vanguard. We'll have an article that discusses just how serious beta is later this weekend.
