New Lore - The Abandoned Soldier Part 1

Our very own Melchizedek steals the spotlight today with his article on Military Gamers, The MMO and the Military. Our soldiers are already hard pressed for time, having 12 to 14 hour days and then finding time to get those few hours of playing time in between family and the next deployment.

The Sigil team has offered us a new Lore puzzle! This one is called The Abandoned Soldier - Part 1. These seem to be written in "Old Thestran" language. I have added the picture below. See if you can decipher the code.
