We just recently opened (March 22nd 2007) and looking to fill our ranks with all sorts of player types.

We have a lot of MMO experience but also want to keep VG new and refreshing.
With that said, we really don't have a long winded mission statement.

Our moto ATM is play hard, play fair, learn well and keep it fun.

We are working on guild structure and encourage all members to be involved in our evolution.
As for rules and restrictions, the time for goverment will come soon enough

• Our current VoIP is Team Speak but we are moving to Ventrilo here shortly
• Use of VoIP is not required and we prefer to keep guild chat alive and with a strong heartbeat
• We do however encourge (listen) use for meetings, events, training, dungeon crawls, raids and so on
• We employ a flash web site for member gloss and quick information for visitors
• Our web tools are on a redundant, dedicated server with massive member storage capabilities
• Our PHP forum is a modified VBulletin which will be stacked with mods and tools in due time
  
• We are currenly look for all types and size of players :P
• We are especially interested in leader, officer, raid leaders and recruiter types
