Perennial, a Shidreth guild

Perennial is a Shidreth guild dedicated to growth. We seek to move from an exploratory guild searching and feeling out our game environment, to a close-knit family-style guild, and eventually blossom into a fully capable raiding guild. This progression will take place at the collective pace of the guild’s members, whether that will be fast, slow, or somewhere in between. Yet we will also seek to grow as individuals: to learn to be the best players and people we can be. And our fellow guild mates will be there to help us at every step of the way.

However, just as a plant needs sun and water to thrive, our guild will need fuel as well. This will come in the form of fun people and fun events: both raids and alternative events. Likewise, it will also be propelled by the kindness and good will of each guild mate: both to each other, and the entire game-world community.

But we will not stop there. We will spread our principles across the farthest reaches of our game-environment, actively recruiting those who wish to join us, forming alliances with like-minded guilds. Structured growth, fueled by fun and good will: this is our mission.
