1. Who are we?

We are a group of friends and gamers who have decided to settle down for a while in Vanguard.

2. What is our history?

We've been together for almost five years now, playing the original Everquest, Everquest II and, most recently, World of Warcraft. We have led guilds in the first two, and been members of one of the top raiding guilds on the Whisperwind server in WoW.

3. What's the goal?

We aim to gather a strong group of gamers who enjoy and are challenged by attempting and defeating end-game encounters.

4. How do we get there?

• Recruiting: We will actively recruit members from day 0.
• Selection: We will look for players who excel at strategy, execution, and desire.
• Teamwork: We will work together at all times, placing the good of the guild first.
• Leadership: We will lead by example, communicate our direction, and execute that direction.
• Respect: We will respect our fellow guild mates. We succeed when the guild succeeds. We will also be respectful of other players and guilds.
• Balance: Real-life responsibilities take precedence over pixels.

We've been playing for almost a week now and while there are bugs, Sigil is addressing them and things have been pretty smooth. Evolution is now 20 strong and still looking for more adventurers, crafters and diplomats to join our ranks. We had a bit of trouble with our authorization email process but that has been corrected. If you created an account and never got an authorization code you can request a new one, or if you have not registered please stop by and check out what we're all about. Evolution is making their second run at recruiting in preparations for the raiding content. The following Classes are open for recruiting:

As SoE releases the winds of change through the world of Telon we find ourselves in the company of some new faces. We also face the possibility of server merges which will undoubtedly unsettle some players from the homes they have built up (both literally and guild/community wise). It is with these expected changes that we open our arms to anyone looking for a new Guild as we continue our focus on maintaining an active membership.

Evolution currently has open recruiting for all classes and all levels. While our driving focus will remain the anticipated raid content, we will also strive for an enjoyable atmosphere filled with interesting people from all over.

The guilds primary play time remains set on an Eastern Standard time structure with our high population times of 7pm-2am EST.
