Guild Creation

I have recently heard that it will not be an easy task to create a guild on Vanguard, Does anyone have any information on this subject? A link to a Dev post would be very helpful if there is one?

Have heard no solid details one way or another about the process for creating a guild or for that matter what tools will be available to help manage it.

I imagine someone who was in beta told you that. They are probably working on the system still, give it time.
