It's the pvp guild from hell! That desciption was actually kind of creepy.
As to the whole name nerfing I really don't think it will be that much of a deal as "carebear" has pretty much become a word on it's own much like "nerf" has. I guess it's possible for a trademark suit to ensue but if they are not making profit on the name I don't see it happening. Besides applying the name to player killer guild on an MMPORPG kind of takes it out of a context in which Disney's trademark extends.

We'll see what happens. They are wanting to keep things in context with the game, thus the character names being monitored, as well.

There was a guild called "carebear" on our WoW EU server and it got disbanded and re-formed as "Intensive Carebears"

I think it is kind of flamin if you ask me. Honestly how cool can a guild possibly be named the care bears? Who is to take them seriously? Just my 2 cents.

Well, my son's nickname is CareBear (spelled differently), and he's all over the PvP thing and is a competitive/semi pro gamer. oh...and he's GOOD, too!
