Heart Shield quest

I find good shields extremely hard to come by and way overpriced on the exchange merchants, so here is a yellow shield I found from a random quest line. (The shield itself is yellow with str/con 20% to block vs level 32 and some other stuff).

The quest line starts with old lady sparrow, she can be found on the road from new targoner to southwatch (pretty close to southwatch). Most of the quests are soloable but you will need at least a small group for the last one.


p.s. being level 34 I'm already outgrowing this shield, if anyone knows of another good shield quest let me know!

Also, when are we gonna be able to quest for heroic/legendary shield? I would much prefer one to tank better over a better weapon.

I did do another quest for a shield, this one is from Northern Border, it is more of a caster oriented shield with Wis INT HP MAna on it, but chance to block is about the same. Quest line however is more group demanding and less soloable, and last quest in a chain has you killing 4 dot mobs by the dozens, so you gotta have a group for that one.

But there is no info on how to get any of them, of course except for the crafted shield....

any other people's input is greatly apreciated, especially on level 30+ shields.
