A starting Qalia bug.

Let me first say I love the test server, mainly because I have a very short attention span and thus create a ton of characters, none of which ever get past level 10. So, needless to say, I get to know the starter zones very, very well.
Now, after playing a smattering of characters starting in Thestra and Kojan, I created a new character on Qalia. This is the 2nd character I made on Qalia, but having deleted the first one I don't remember much about it. I do know that I had starting equipment though.
So, I made a new Monk, Charrith. I did the whole character creation part and then clicked go. And I was naked. Completely without anything on, or anything in my inventory. Uhm. Ok, well I'm a monk. Monks can fight naked. And barehanded. Sure, no problem. So I did the first two quests, pretty straight forward, nothing special. Same variation on the same, go get this, kill this, return for some stuff. Decided I didn't like my monk. Felt a little weak, though the lack of equipment might have had something to do with it. Never been a big monk person anyway.
Now, time to delete, and recreate. Something I do a lot. Deleted Charrith, not even thinking of the equipment issue and decided to make a rogue. Friend of mine is a big rogue guy, loves the rogue. I always shied away from dps classes, since I tend to enjoy support or healing as my main focus. But hey, it's test, I get bored easily, why not a rogue. My leatherworker alt can already make the armor, weaponsmith alt already there for the starting daggers or whatever.
The usual, and bam. No equipment. No weapons, no armor, nothing. Now, it's a bit harder to play a naked, bare handed rogue than it was that monk. Hard enough in fact that the 2-dot, Level 1 Leafsaw Crawler totally killed me. Competly. So, I said, now this is definitely not right. And I went to fill out a bug report. And I got a database error. Probably because I used the same name as before, but still. That's a little sloppy. If you want me to report bugs, don't give me errors in reporting the bugs.

I don't know when the starting equipment got lost. But I'm pretty sure that it was there 3 patches ago.

Its not just you mate ,there is a database error currently on test .so some zones are just fine others are not so fine .

The last patch did a good job of breaking the test server database. There are alot of things broke atm.

Please let me know if this is still an issue after the patch to 1799 today.
