Test Server Character Migration

Dear Test Server Devs,

Why are my characters that were on the PvP beta unmigrated? Why weren't any of them copied, or at least enough of them to fill in my all my character slots. All I have is the level 1's that I had created to look for griffon eggs during the griffon hunt in beta 5. Is there any way you could find it in your hearts to restore those characters?

This is vastly disinheartening, because of the work that I did and the characters that I got buffed aren't there. There is no incentive whatsoever for me to test the game for you (which needs serious testing and which we've been paying to test in my opinion for the last month) if I can't get my characters restsored or if you don't migrate the other beta server characters at some point.

When the test server launches post release, it will be brought up initially with characters from the beta 1 server as a thank you for our long time testers, and we will add qualifying characters from the newer beta servers over time as we monitor the population and needs of the test server. Only characters created on or before January 18th will transfer to the test server and only characters that were accessed from December 15th to present will be copied.

Perhaps other characters will be able to migrate, though not sure about PvP characters. I hope this answers your query as to why your character wasn't migrated.

Aye, I just hope that 28 people on at a prime time qualifies as fitting the needs... I would really like to have my characters moved (as they qualify) sometime.

There's too many naming conflcits for them to move characters over from other servers. There's also rumors that beta buffed characters might be deleted.

Just be like everyone else and make a new guy if you really want to play on test.
