Need to Make the VGUIAssets directory a tet version also
Everytime we switch back and forth from the live and test clients we have to wait 2+ hours to redownload the files in the VGUIAssets directory. It needs to have a test version like Bin and Assets do.

I don't seem to be downloading anything. Is it a UI Mod you are using or something?
