Server Copies to Test for Update 2 Testing

Hey, characters are now being copied over! We'll be down for a few more hours, but when the server comes back up I hope everyone will hop on and have some fun, either with their Shidreth or TS characters.

Just logged in to Test to see what happened with the chars. I have 7 on Test right now, and am showing only one from Shidreth when I should be showing *cough* 8. No scrolly option available to select any other chars, if they're there. It seems to be showing the char with the lowest alphabet name-starter - just my luck she's one I don't even really like.

Edit -- ok this is apparently WIA, so ignore.

For post-record however, trying to log in the one I could see "Alix17" resulted in the expected name-change box. I gave her a first name and a last name, hit Accept, and she vanished from the char list to be replaced by the next alphabet starter, Eloise17. I tried it again, still not changing the initial, and am now down (?) two and on to poor Fairuza. Won't mess with any more since we're getting to some of the characters I actually play occasionally (rather than the ones I'm keeping for name purposes till after the merge :P).

I hope everyone from Shidreth has enjoyed their time with us on the test server. We got a lot of great input and feedback, bugs and problems found with all your great help!

I am pleased to welcome now the citizens of Florendyl to the community! Feel free to hop on and help test the Game Update #2 content! If you find any problems during your visits to TS, please send a /bug report from the place you find the bug (your coordinates are logged with your bug report).

Aye Himmel I had a blast! Things look great keep up the good work!
I don't know if the regulars on test will agree with me, but I would love the option to copy my toon to test after the merger and UD2. IMHO we don't need to be able to copy money, banks, (dare I say) even most of the inventory, save for quest items.
I really enjoyed my time, on test with my main. The community there is flippin awsome! Thanks to all for the help!

Thank you to all our great Florendyl players! We hope you enjoyed your visit to the test server, and greatly appreciate all the bugs and assistance you provided.

We were anticipating another character copy to go through today...

"Apologies to all the folks who were looking forward to the server copy to Test today. Game Update 2 is nearly ready to go live, and in an effort to have it polished and playable asap, the development team decided the Test server needs to be up and running today (which means, no time to transfer characters over.)"

Will let you know when there's more news on this!
