Re: Sho Pi's Rig
What boards are you considering that are dual CPU and SLI capable if you dont mind me asking? Seems like the available options must be pretty small. Or did you mean dualcore?

Re: Sho Pi's Rig
I must be quite frank with you Pirotess. I’m no computer geek.
What I was planning to do is to go and see a technician to have a nice little discussion with him about what I want and find out where to go from there. Not sure what dual core is unless that means something like hyper threading technology?? Wanted 2 physical cpu’s to handle all the processing with ease and to avoid the bottlenecking for the 2 graphics cards as I like to have as much graphic bell and whistles on as I can with out hurting the frame rate.

Re: Sho Pi's Rig
No problem Sho Pi. Dual core is basically two processors sharing the space of one traditional processor. Dual proc is just two single core processors taking up twice the space of one. Both architectures have the similar enough performance characteristics so this year many people moved to Dual core machines since they are more compact. I'd recommend the same for you as well.
