I did that and the result was:
1 -30 hops all with 'Request timed out'. Could that be something to do with how our IT equipment is setup, security and stuff? |

Latency isnt really all that bad (150-180ms) considering you're across the pond. Im only able to trace up to your companies ISP though as they have firewalls installed as well so there are hops I cant see that could be causing trouble. Have you ever looked at the site from home? Does it perform just as slowly?
