hi there
personnaly i really see the DK more like the witch king with a long sword a dam huge flail without any hood/cape ( he's path is straight ) chop out this hugly helmet and put one that inspire fear ,a lot, where his face is visible and rehausted to maintain this felling of fear but i agree on the spikes with bits of his enemies stick on it ;a vaporous cloud (more chilly than noxioux ) around his feets and legs . the color of the armor can of anyone ( why not two in the same range ) but needs to be torned and limite-filthy ,not a shiny happy dude.
an apperance for only one purpose FEAR mmmmm i'm darn sry for my bad english and it's not enough representative of what i see but may be it can give you some idea |

I agree fully with the black or crimson plate armor, but as a class that is supposed to strike fear and "dread" into the opposition, I also invasion the helm being something that fully covers the head and face, leaving no room for even the slightest glimpse of his humanoid features. I'd even go as far as to say that it should portray a fearsome demon or undead creature to add to his demeanor.
The human or humanoid features show him to be what he is, but the portrayal of him being anything but human make him something to be "dreaded". |
