It has been hard to get out to post considering all the work going on. We are currently thinking about the DRK and want to make sure we get them right, that is why we havent worked on them yet. We are considering a few options. A few goals (not all of the goals, just the ones I can think of off the top of my head): - Some of the goals of the DRK conflict with his tanking role, so we will be fixing those. - Spice up DC in order to make it awesome. (it needs to do a lot of cool effects rather than a few cool ones and some lame ones) It will hoepfully become more integral in your gameplay than it is currently. - Come up with a way that DRKs will stack with each other. - Weed out the useless abilities and replace them with better ones. - Make some abilities stronger (finishers, word of dooms, scythe of doom, etc...) - Update to new melee/ chain system - Fix bugs - Update animations/ particles __________________ Michael Mann Game Designer Sigil Games Online

I posted it here so not to forget or loose what was stated a while back on what was to be changed moded fixed.
- Some of the goals of the DRK conflict with his tanking role, so we will be fixing those. This was a comment in relation to fear at the time if I remember correctly. Many in beta felt Fear was not in a tanks roll. How ever fear was kept on as you can tell. There were some other fixes that came out of this as a result. - Spice up DC in order to make it awesome. This was actualy worked on and why DC has so many benifits from it now vs the couple the debuff less likely to flee it had in beta. Still DC is Far from done as it should be entirely recoded to work properly. - Come up with a way that DRKs will stack with each other. This was never realy worked on to my knowledge. The idea was there but never made it out of the conceptual stage. - Weed out the useless abilities and replace them with better ones. This was slightly done, still needs to be futher worked, i.e. Vile Howl. The majority of the useless ones where outed, I think now its more a matter of slightly moding the ones we have so they work a little better and are a little stronger. Possibly an addition or two of some more Jobline defining abilities. - Make some abilities stronger (finishers, word of dooms, scythe of doom, etc...) Vile Strike Anguish was to be our mega dmg ability chain, tho Wrack Ruin picked that up and was made stronger, The hate on Incite was made stronger, VS and A were reworked for as energy taps. SoF and DB were slightly increased as to offset the slightly lower MIT the DK has in comparison to other tanks. Are these changes final, I would say not, they just need to be slightly upgraded to be onpar in the balancing area. - Update to new melee/ chain system Accomplished. - Fix bugs Ongoing - Update animations/ particles Barely, Needs far better work done.
