Dark Bastion I not purchasable?

I level 30 tonight and picked up Dark Bastion I, the finisher to Shield of Fear with the nice 3 minute AC buff. I successfully fire off Shield of Fear a few times, Bastion doesn't pop up. I check my abilities both adv. and general and it's not listed. I checked the trainer again just in case and he's not offering it. What gives? I petitioned but no response tonight, maybe better luck tomorrow.

Are you sure you picked it up? Isn't it a level 34 ability? Unless it was recently changed and I missed it.

Sure enough it is listed as 34, thanks for pointing it out. I am positive it was listed along with the other 8 or so lvl 30 skills but I'll chalk it up to a freak display error. Thanks again.
