Backlash appears to be broken
I can confirm that Backlash is not working in pvp, as I have tested it with guildmates on several ocassions, and not once has it dealt any damage back to them.
I am also unsure if it is working in pve, as I have never seen a message showing any damage being dealt back to mobs by it. |
