Build 1818 Dreadknight issues
Quote:
I have something like 48 int, and 500+ STR. I would should have noticed a huge difference in the amount of hate being added. As a test I checked the tooltip for Provoke before casting our INT debuff/buff and sure enough after I added the buff the hate amount increased. So we are still using INT. Furthermore, Provoke did not increase in power at all unless they meant energy cost which I honestly did not look at prior to the patch. Zeek Liquidus Hilsbury |

Zeek,
because your int is so low, you didn't see Provoke increase, I saw a 100 pt hate jump in Provoke level I am using at 46 (I am 200 int unbuffed) It is confirmed Provoke and Torture are still based off of int. I also saw a moderate jump in our chain combat bridge's +hate, it is not about 1200 for me at lvl 46, not sure whether it is int or str. |
