Shadowhound Mount

Anybody have a clue how to go about getting one of these mounts? I would really like to get one of these instead of a horse. I'm on travel this week so I can't get online to check things out until the weekend.

SV (silky venom) has a few posts going about it, but most think it's a quest they are working on atm over by Martok.

i'm at final stages, so know it a bit but not all :P

the quest start in an orc village SW of martok, in an house there is an hound with the quest starter near it...

the questline is very long and you will have to travel in all the continents to get it, it also require a lot of killing, probably around 1k mobs if not more...

so far doesn't seem difficult, most mobs are 3dots and can be soloed or, even better, killed quite fast with a small group, there are even some 4dot ones but so far very few.

mobs seem to range from low 20 to around 30 in last stages... you will also need 10g to get the hound... its stats atm are 60/30 (so worse than a 12g horse) but heard rumors about it changed to 70/50 in next patches

What level do you have to be to start it does anyone know?

You gotta be 30 to ride the mount, but I believe you can start earlier.

I've heard you have to be 32 to finish the quest - but you can start it earlier. You'll get a level or two while your on the quest anyways if your in that level range.
