The animation to DC lvl increase is terrible idea. If u want to show a graphical acknowledgement, then show something happening to the mob instead.

Although this may not be a bug, it may qualify as something overlooked.

Cull 2 seems to be only on Thestra absent from Qalia. After scouring many Defensive Fighter forums this is the conclusion I must draw. This can cause Graystone to be overburdened with scores of DK's trying to learn their ability. I started a post last week to see if anyone at all has seen it in Qalia and nobody has found it.

Shield of Fear 2 spell book info says it does less than Shield of Fear 1.

BTW -- I'm not sure if our 400% damage dealers (wrack/ruin) are actually doing 400% -- need to do more testing still.

Anybody else out there that has Shield of Fear and is under lvl 36? I don't think it's actually effecting me (I'm 32). My block % doesn't change at all when I hover over my defense skill and my combat log spams that Shield of Fear I had no effect on me because I'm too low level.

I'd like to know if it is actually working for anybody else in the same level range?
