i absolutely agree, we do not need an animation for DC level increases, especially if it overwrites our normal combat animations.
it really does throw off my rhythm in combat, and i have to rely on the damage numbers graphics to tell if i actually hit or not. This is certainly doable, but i don't have that visual satisfaction of a big ol' axe swing..... in short, maybe we can get Xacies to let the devs know this is a less than desireable change....a "bells and whistles" animation that makes basic combat functions less intuitive is not a good thing. |

I can't agree more. In my time of leveling I actually look for the animation and have a visual memory of when the GCD is done to pop the ruin after a wrack...With this animation that makes me look like I am on a toilet having issues it is throwing off my timing.
