pallys can already 1shot players 10 levels above and they arent fixing that so dont get your hopes up

What you mean 1 shot 10 lvls above, I have a level 30 Paladin and I have never 1 shotted anything (before or after patches) with any of my skills.

I would surely like to know what ability is this?

He is talking about PvP I think. In PvP mechanics are different then PvE, so the bugs there are different.
