Best way to raid conjuration?

Im currently at 48 conj and it killing my chains spell. Ive built a pulling macro that cast that then the rest of my stuff. It gets resisted 90% of the time and in 2 days my conj has gone up 3 points. Any tips on getting it up faster? Mabey go find some lvl 10's instead of the 23's im casting it on.

I am sure it works the same as weapons, so yes find those starter areas and just go crazy casting it till you see no significant increase, once that happens move to next area till you are back at or about your level content mobs.

I used to get conj skill ups from dark ward..don't know if this still works, haven't been paying attention to skill ups

It does. Skill ups suck though. I have /cast "dark ward" on my primary attack hotkey so it casts whenever it comes up. Still 205/280.

ive found the best way to raise conjuration is by chain casting abysmal chains 1 on a grey mob.

although this may reduce the chance for a skill up because the mob is grey (and even then i dont know if it matters), it still does skill up.

skills can only be raised on non resists, so if you target a grey mob, you will get close to no resists no matter what your level is and you will raise the skill slowly but surely.

now beware, because this could take SEVERAL hours before you are able to cap it. if you are serious about capping it now, this is the way to go, and cast your shield whenever its up of course.

in the future they plan on making it so you can skill up even on resists, but for pvpers and hardcore pve'er now, the best way to do it is to spam cast it on a grey mob.

Put a stack of nickels on your Dark Ward key, and go to bed.
