Chains

is there a link of what starts what chain and how to progress them anywhere? Still confused a bit on this.

Basically you get a crit and that triggers a chain.

As you get higher level you'll get multiple finishers.

ie:

Crit - Wrack - Ruin
Crit - Incite - Inflame
Crit - Shield of Fear - Dark Bastion


One of those could be wrong, I'm pretty out of it this morning.

Incite and Inflame are both heavy on the hate side. So other than those I haven't read anything on another tuant line.

Problem with Incite and Inflame is the hate isn't enough.

If damage is still a 1:1 ratio then lets look at the math.

Incite = 100 dmg + 150 hate = 100 dmg & 250 hate.

Wrack = 250 dmg = 250 dmg & 250 hate.


What's the difference? 100 dmg that we lose if we choose Incite.


Now what may be worth it is if they change the incite line to give us an additional X hate per attack for 60 seconds or something like that.

This is just anecdotal, but I seem to have a much easier time keeping aggro if I get an Incite in than I do if I get a Wrack/Ruin combo. I almost never lose aggro once I land an Incite, whereas aggro magnet rangers and druids can still make me work overtime even after a couple Wrack/Ruin combos.

Yeah, incite/inflame need to have their hate cranked. I don't care about the damage; I just want hate to outweigh any dmg from a wrath/ruin combo
