Any suggestion on Attribution Pts arrangement?

Hi everyone,i'm a lesser giant DK and still have no idea how shall i arrange the attribution pts on each stat, would you pls gimme some suggestion on it? Such as shall i balance them or focus on certain stat? :?

Orc DK and have been maxing per level both Str and Dex. when they are maxed I spend the extra points in either con, int, or vit (spread them out and change it up per level. usually focus on con and int but have recently been pushing them into vit as well when I can spare them.

Personally I've been focusing on maxing my DEX at each level and then splitting remaining points between STR and CON.

Now I'm considering putting some points into either Vit or Wis because at 22 and playing with the same group of people who all use AE's I find myself spamming Black Wind a lot and it costs over 200 engery.

Also my group/guild loves to fight purples or just 4/5 dot mobs so in longer fights I find my energy getting lower and lower just from the use of Torture and Provoke. I've yet to hit an empty tank but starting to get nervous.
