Good list, agro is a real problem. I've actually got guild mates that are "afraid" to use many of their abilities to their fullest because I have such a problem with agro generation.
Let's face it. Attacks miss, are blocked or dodged. Spells can be resisted or just miss. Our DPS was nerfed like mad for some ambiguous balancing issue. Provoke does not manage to do what it states. We have no real "snap" agro abilities. Scourge is resisted about 50-60% of the time. Armor of Darkness does not mitigate damage or increase agro as it states. So, where we stand is on a class that has been backslapped into a position of ..... why? At lower levels, monks, bards, rogues, sorcerers, psionicists, clerics well heck, just about any other class tanks better than we do. They have immediate DPS that generates hate. When I use every ability I have, and a sorcerer pulls agro on the FIRST damage spell they have that hits for about 300-400 on average and can crit up to 600 there's something wrong. Like it's been stated above, the Developers built a DPS tank and have taken away the DPS. I'm not sure if there's anything to be done about this. I guess all we can do is wait and hope. I'm just going to pray a bit that we don't become the equivalent of an EQ warrior at the onset. Never wanted because they couldn't do the job. |

Everything on this list is exactly what I had on my mind.
I just have a few extra issues which crop up from a PvP point of view. 1. Snare with a shorter recast - currently if it gets resisted, there's no way to keep something away from us. 2. Fear to do something - either for it to function normally, or as a mez if people don't want to be feared into mobs. Just to give us something to control other players. 3. Invis - maybe learning it a little earlier. 4. Run speed buff - Have we got this yet? Thanks - just wanted to get those off my chest. Of course, these should not be high priority, just things I feel would make us more viable in the PvP department. |

Is the 30%(+1%xDC) hate modifier applied correctly to AoD? I think I'm doing a bit better (albeit it's freakin' hard) to hold aggro on a few mobs when the group is plowing away with Offensive Stance than I am in Defensive (since I don't think the mitigation's working..)

Torture is missing (I thought this was a spell?) and not being resisted. Yet, it is still causing agro from neither hitting or resisting....
Oh yeah...this is ONLY happening when the mob is on a different Z-axis (ie, I am high and the mob is low or the mob is higher than me). |

- Give us back our devour strength like it was or very close. They nerfed it WAY too much. Not like adding that much STR did much to our DPS anyway.
- I'll have to check fight logs today, but I don't think I have seen Incite ever cast with /reactionautochain. You should be able to be set to chain abilities in desired order, ex: When tanking I would want it to cast: Inflame -> Incite -> Ruin -> Wrack When DPSing I would only want it to cast: Ruin -> Wrack A command as follows is desirable: /reactionchainset [ability], [ability], ... (If it exists, let me know.) - Is Dark Bastion supposed to give a buff icon when it is up. I do not have it yet, but I remember in last few days of beta I would see it hit and it didn't seem to do anything. Definitely did not show a buff icon. - Another issue I noticed in beta, is if Inflame (could have been Incite) hit the mob it would show green text for the damage like it was healed. NOTE: Went back and I never saw Incite cast with reactionautochain so I had to add a cast above the command in my hotkey. Then it works properly. Hope DEVs will take my #2 into suggestion.

Have they said anything to you about if they are even looking into this stuff Xacies? They have had more then enough time to do all this if they just would have stopped changing things at the last minute.
