What I want to know is how we were out DPSing all classes at all levels. :shock: I mean for a while there at lower levels we couldn't pull aggro off anyone.

Maybe they mean that with the change to Malice after the last beta patch we were out DPSing everyone. Malice got a CRAZY boost in that patch. It basically made Vexing Strike useless.

WoD being on a 15 min timer I didn't realize. That is fully cr*p. They hardly work to begin with, and when they do they are usually pretty gimped versus anything over 2 dots.

PS: If they would fix the hotkeys, then you would not have to spam them. But as it stands you cannot see when they are ready if multiple abilities are on them. As a tank you want to do the max DPS possible because that and taunt are your means of aggro generation.

the Malice at the end of the beta WAS bugged, but it was because of the fact that they nearly TRIPLED the flanking bonus on it.

I went from hitting for 200 with malice to 500 with it, however as it is now, All we can really do it spam Vexing with the end we get (cd on harrow seems longer, as well).

As far as I can tell, it seems like they took the easy way out: just add a bunch of cooldowns (that are FAR too long. look at the other classes 'special abilities' all on 5 minute timers, blade of summer still 10second cd, etc)

It does look like the damage of cull was increased, based on the tooltip though.

and is anyone else's Symbol of Suffering still hitting for 11 in ebon blade and 8 in armor of darkness like always?

Honestly, in the lower levels a harmonious monk can tank better and hold aggro better with these bandaids that were attached to 'fix' the class.

edit: 6 second or MAYBE 10 second cooldown on malice, and 10 second cooldown on harrow should be the max. We already have one of the more 'meh' status effects, but we cant even exploit weaknesses well because of the insanely long cooldowns.

Avair's reply: I had to, Dread Knights were doing 25% more damage than any class their for all levels.

The DK was out DPS'ing rogues monks sorcs rangers etc. according to Sigils parsing system.

Any ways I am still in dispute on these matters and probably will be on others that I have not been told about.

btw, I was not informed of any of these changes until I logged into game and started playing and was like WTF!.

I will try to keep every one as informed as possible as the procedings continue.

Wow they really dont give a crap about us do they. Avir should man up and come say this stuff to us here instead of hiding behind them not having a board for us to voice this stuff at them.

i agree there is really a major issue with DK now and yet I see no changes in the patch notes.
