i really don't want to start on a server that is dominated by large guilds from launch.
What servers, if any, do you all know that will be like this?

All of them had at least 1 big guild.
There was a "sign up" for servers by guild the last few days of beta. Almost every server had at least 1 big raiding guild and a few minor raiding guilds. Shidreth last time I checked was the worst.

Yeah man, I'm not sure of any servers without big guilds. But it also depends on what you think of as a big guild.
Florendyl has 2-4 "big guilds" of at least 100 members. Those numbers will lfuctuate as members drop off and more are invited throughout the game, but I expect there to be 5 or 6 large guilds on every server in 6 months from now. -Cev
